RETURN POLICY 

ALL E-BIKE, E-MOTO, E-SURF SALES ARE FINAL:  No Returns & No Exchanges 

*Exceptions are made with Online Orders Due to Shipping Discrepancies within 3 Days of Delivery Confirmation  

Please Be Aware, No Refunds or Exchanges on All E-Bike, E-Moto, E-Surf Purchases. 
Upon completing your purchase each customer understands they’ve selected their electric mobility and understand safety and correct use of their electric mobility.  
We always recommend customers test ride and learn the functions of their electric mobility before completing any purchase in the shop location or online. We have staff available during business hours to safely assist you on your next test ride and to answer your questions about your next electric mobility.
Each customer agrees and understands they have been educated on the proper operation of their electric mobility.   Customers understand E-Motion Sports are available to help if more information is requested by the customer.  E-Motion Sports is not responsible or held liable once customers leave with their electric mobility purchase.  

*Online Purchases are with exceptions stated in writing by E-Motion Sports, you may not cancel an accepted order without our prior written consent that may be withheld at our discretion.

Payment.  We reserve the right to change available payment and financing options at any time without notice. All customer orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. Provided they are associated with a U.S. billing address, we accept most major credit cards issued in the United States.. Other forms of payment and/or financing may be available as described on the product page or during the checkout process. Shipment of any order is subject to verification of payment information and availability of funds.  

Shipping. E-Motion Sports displays available shipping options during a visitor’s checkout.  Any timeframe provided by E-Motion Sports provides an estimate for when the product(s) may ship or be delivered. While we do our best to meet that timeframe, it is not a guarantee. Physical delivery confirmation of your order can be determined by many events beyond our control. E-Motion Sports cannot be held liable for late deliveries. If you no longer have use for an item due to a late delivery, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately. You can also refer to our return policy for available options.
