Return Procedure and Conditions (Per Shipping Discrepancies)

   Once your order has been shipped it cannot be canceled.

   Proof of purchase is required.

    No Refunds or Exchanges on E-Bike, E-Moto, E-Surf equipment.  If a return or exchange is accepted per shipping discrepancy, only regular priced items may be refunded; sale/clearance items cannot be refunded.

   Customers will be responsible for all restocking fees and shipping costs related to their return, if applicable

  To be eligible for an online return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition as sold. All packing materials, accessories and documentation must be included. 

   All returned products will be thoroughly inspected and a determination will be made if eligibility and conditions are met. Please verify the product you are returning meets the conditions and qualifies for return to avoid any delay in, or denial of, processing your return. If an item does not meet the conditions, E-MOTION SPORTS reserves the right to charge a restocking fee up to 30% at E-MOTION SPORTS’ sole discretion.

    If Accepted and Approved: Return processing may take up to 7-10 business days from the time your product is received and evaluating its return condition. 

Manufacturer and Supplier Restrictions

Some manufacturers have implemented return restrictions that prevent E-Motion Sports from being able to accept returns or offer exchanges, replacements or credits on their products for any reason. Please check the item listing on our website to determine if special return policies are applicable to your products. Support as well as exchanges or replacements for products with manufacturer or supplier restrictions, including within the first 3 days of ownership, must be handled directly with the product manufacturer or supplier. You can find the manufacturer or supplier’s contact information in your product manual, in the item listing, on the manufacturer's website or call us to speak to our staff directly.

Non Refundable Items:

E-Bikes, E-Motos, E-Surf All Electric Mobility; Gift cards. Health and Personal Care Items. Items include, but not limited to the following:  Custom Bikes, Frames and Wheels, Electronic Accessories, GPS devices. Healthcare Solutions ie sunscreen, energy, Food/Nutrition, perishable items. 

Used and Undamaged

NO RETURNS NO EXCHANGES on all electric mobility merchandise. *

We cannot accept the return of products that have been damaged beyond ordinary wear and tear or that has been involved in any crash or impact, as determined by E-MOTION SPORTS, LLC

If communication with E-Motion Sports Permits A Website Return, Please Adhere to the Following: 

The item must be returned with everything included with your original purchase, including manuals, warranty documents, and all other accessories.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, which may take up to 7-10 business days to settle.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, please take the following steps first, before contacting us:

  1. Check the account your payment was made from (Bank, Credit Card, Paypal)
  2. Place an inquiry with your bank or credit card company to see if the refund is pending, as these can take time to post.
  3. If evidence of a refund has still not been found, please contact us at emotionsportsreturn@gmail.com

Exchanges

E-MOTION SPORTS will only exchange items if they are not defective or damaged. If an exchange is needed for the same item, please contact us first at emotionsportsreturn@gmail.com

Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs related to their return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. When shipping your return to E-Motion Sports, we highly RECOMMEND you use a TRACKABLE SHIPPING SERVICE or purchase shipping insurance. 

We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
