All E-Mobility (bike/moto/scooter/surf) Purchases Include Extensive Safety & Technology Education.
It is the Customer Responsibility to Understand Safety & Technology of their new e-mobility.
We recommend using  E-Rated Helmets NTA-8776 or certified CPSC rated Helmets.

We strongly encourage test riding your e-mobility before your purchase.
For those who purchase their e-mobility from the shop directly, we’ve assembled your ebike/e-moto, we offer  courtesy tuneups & inspections in your first year with your e-mobility purchase and advise returning with your ebike at/around the first 100 miles or after 30 days of use.   If you encounter repairs (ie flat tires, new brake pads) we offer  additional repair service with labor and parts fees. 

Guests acknowledge they are using these products at their own risk.

Store chargers and batteries safely in a cool environment and be sure to read all manuals for more safety reminders.
Avoid leaving batteries charging while unsupervised (unattended overnight).

What can I do to protect my E-Bike from theft? 

• Consider using a high-quality lock, GPS tracking device, or an alarm system to secure your bike. Parking in well-lit areas and using multiple locks can further deter theft.  We recommend ABUS Folding Locks like the Bordo Big.
  
  Check on its availability as we update its inventory regularly which you can find in each e-bike brand’s accessories section.
  
  Additionally, removable batteries provide extra security as they can be taken with you when the bike is parked.
