The Cruiser 12 Safety is Always A Top Priority- Our Kids Motorbike has a 3 Speed limit, maximum speed of 5Mph, 8Mph, and 10Mph respectively for each speed mode. And if the maximum speed exceeds 10mph, a speeding alarm will sound to add extra protection for your kid's safety while riding. Plus, it has a max riding distance of 10 miles when fully charged, can last about 60 minutes of continuous play. (Note: Actual riding distance/time may vary due to road conditions and rider weight).
Cancellation: You can request a full refund before an item ships. Order cancellation is not possible after an item has been shipped out.
Returns (if applicable): Customers have the right to apply for a return within 15 days after being delivered to you. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact emotionsportsreturns@gmail.com for assistance. We will help you create a return label and process your refund after receiving your returned items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
